The Method X adds stylish adjustable comfort (and a touch of darkness) to our standard Method mask.
Using special barrel toggle hardware, the Method X can adjust to comfortably and securely accommodate nearly any size head, while providing excellent tension and wear-out resistance via the integrated shock-cords. Made of cotton poplin, the Method X also features an adjustable brass nose bridge and a hidden inner pocket that houses the included PM 2.5 filter.
Designed for all-day comfort, the infinitely adjustable Method X replaces "one size fits all" with "one size to fit you perfectly."

Each included filter has a lifespan of two to four weeks, depending on usage. Model is shown wearing a previous design that did not include barrel toggle hardware. Like any cloth face covering, the Method-X mask is not designed to stand in for medically certified PPE.

Depending on our stock, your item may take up to 2 weeks before it is shipped. When it is, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay.
Customers within the U.S. may choose from a range of shipping options with USPS and UPS. Shipments within the US are estimated to take 3-5 business days in transit. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our studio, we are unable to offer assistance. Crisiswear is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.
International customers may choose from a range of shipping options provided by DHL, USPS and UPS. International packages are estimated to take 5-20 business days; however, faster options are available. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates.
Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our studio, we are unable to offer assistance. Crisiswear is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address or other administrative errors. International orders that are returned to us by the carrier, for any reason, will be liable for the entirety of the original (and return) shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee.
...International Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Crisiswear and we will refund you the cost of the item, minus return shipping (if applied) and a 10% restocking fee.
IMPORTANT: DHL International Shipments can include up to $15 in administrative fees. This is because DHL pays your Customs and Duties taxes up front at the border. This helps you get your gear super fast, but also represents an additional fee that is due at the time of delivery. For more information on Duties and Taxes, please go here.
US Orders (within the contiguous United States) $150+, and international orders $500+, will be shipped using the most cost effective method available that includes insurance and potentially signature confirmation, at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been stuck "in transit" for more than 4 weeks, or has been stolen from your porch, please contact us directly. Please note: countries like Australia and New Zealand have recently been experiencing heavy shipping delays that sometimes run into multiple months.
Missing Packages Marked as "Delivered"
If your package has been marked as "delivered" but has yet to make an appearance, don't worry just yet. Shippers like UPS and USPS have recently been marking their packages as delivered when they really aren't. Typically they will show up in a day or two. If it's been a week or more and your package still hasn't shown up, please contact us directly.

The Crisiswear Guarantee
We guarantee our products to be of the best quality and free from defects. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, or size of any item you can return it for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unwashed and unworn with all original tags.
- No exchanges are available on ANY printed gear, with the exception of damaged, misprinted or clearly defective items.
Return for Credit Conditions
- Products must be unwashed and unworn with all original tags.
- Customers returning items for store credit that were purchased via sale or discount will receive credit equal to the amount originally spent.
- When your return is accepted, you will receive an email letting you know that credit has been applied to your account. You can manage your store credit on your account page.
- No returns are available on ANY printed gear, with the exception of damaged, misprinted or clearly defective items.
Please fill out the Return/Exchange card included with your order and send it back to us along with your item(s). When we receive your item in returnable condition, we will issue you (non-expiring) store credit within three days. If you are exchanging a product for another size, processing time ranges between one and five weeks, depending on stock.

Domestic Shipping Charges
Crisiswear does not issue pre-paid shipping labels or otherwise pay for returns being shipped to our studio. However, we will cover all the shipping expenses to ship the first replacement package back to you. Any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping invoices must be paid before packages are released.
International Shipping Charges (Outside of US & Canada)
Crisiswear does not issue pre-paid shipping labels or otherwise pay for returns being shipped to our studio. However, we will cover half (50%) of the shipping expenses to ship the first replacement package back to you. Any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping invoices must be paid before packages are released.
NOTE: If your returned item displays evidence of having been worn, is missing its tags, or has clearly been laundered, altered or otherwise damaged, your item will be returned to you and your return/exchange request will be closed.
As of 1/20/2020, Crisiswear will be charging a 3% fee for refunds and/or cancellations of orders made more than 2 weeks after the initial order was placed. This is because Shopify (our platform) does not refund us the processing fee that we pay when your order is placed, and our production pipeline is significantly disrupted when in-queue orders are removed.
