The Scout Shrug features warm cotton sweatshirt fabric, flanking a rib knit cotton neck, chest and and cuffs, and is designed to allow its wearer to augment their winter ensemble by bringing more warmth to the arms and neck.

Lightweight and stretchy, this shrug comes both hooded and non-hooded, and features a soft hand, a sharp look and a neck that allows the wearer to cover their face from the nose down for warmth, safety or both.
