Q: When will you ship my item(s)?
A: We work hard to make sure that all items ship as fast as they can. That being said, due to the handmade nature of much of our gear, it can sometimes take as much as two weeks for an order to be shipped. When it is, you will immediately receive a tracking number.

Q: Wait, seriously?
A: Yes, but not all items will take this long. Cowls, for instance, tend to ship within days of being ordered, and sometimes even on the same day. Larger, more complicated items however, can take longer depending on the stock we have on hand.

Q: How will you ship my item(s)?
A: Crisiswear currently offers shipping via USPS and UPS. Options for expedited service  are available during checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship internationally via USPS, UPS and DHL, however all customers are responsible for any extra fees, including duties and taxes that their country may impose. Also, it's important to note that international shipments can sometimes be delayed due to the receiving country's customs. Because of this, we cannot provide exact delivery dates for international shipments. 

Q: Any recommendations for international shipping?
A: Yes. For international shipments, we strongly recommend using DHL. For you Canadians, USPS is OK too.

Q: My package is lost, what should I do?
A: Crisiswear is NOT responsible for any lost packages. Once we ship, any issues with shipping falls under the responsibility of UPS/DHL/USPS. Open a claim with them and they will work with you to either find, or reimburse you for your lost item(s). And please note that lost items are extremely rare. We thank you for your understanding.
